"The room, bathroom area, and kitchen suite are all very clean and neat. The hallway carpet is raised and bubbled which could pose a hazard. But I also understand that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. By the way, the breakfast was wonderful! Full on breakfast buffet!"

Communication was timely and access to the unit was seamless which is located in a desirable neighborhood. Kevin grants you privacy and a well-maintained residence to consider "home" while visiting the Ventura area. I enjoyed my stay and plan to contact Kevin again in the future as I have friends and family that live in close proximity to this studio, so it was very convenient besides being such a pleasant environment."
