"The hotel is brand new, and in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and friendly!
Unfortunately, we felt like the experience we received was not as advertised.
Upon arrival, the xpress check in machines are not working. Calling the number on the screen just gets you an automated voice walking you through the process that is clearly not working.
A staff member can be summoned by selecting the "time sensitive issue" option.
We were led to our room, which had not been cleaned. ...
