"The room was clean but dated. The towels were aged the sheets were yellowed but it was definitely clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. There is no elevator and the king beds are on the 3rd floor but the staff helped with our luggage. Parking was free and close by. This inn is within walking distance to the ship port for Martha’s Vineyard which was nice because it saved us from paying for parking. The air conditioning worked well as well as the heat. The breakfast was basic continental. The room came with a microwave and a large dorm sized refrigerator. Overall this is a basic friendly clean place to stop to visit nearby sites."

"This was my first visit to Green Harbor Resort. For the past 28 years I’ve rented a home on the Cape, but this was a last minute trip. This place was absolutely wonderful and has me rethinking my future trips. There was enough space for 4 of us and the views from our unit were spectacular. They also have 4 roll in units for when my Mom comes along which is something I usually have difficulty finding. The beach is wonderful if you like looking at shells and even in the middle of October they tried to keep the pool warm enough to swim in. I will definitely be returning to this location."

"I stayed here for one night and I was very impressed with the room. It’s exactly as pictured in the advertisements. It’s nicely renovated and looked and smelled clean. The bathroom area is very small. The open bathroom door is less than a foot away from hitting the tub. I was pleased with the water pressure. The sink is easily accessible outside of the bathroom. Beds and pillows were clean and cozy. I would definitely stay again."

"Pool was great, and the continental breakfast was better than expected. The price was reasonable compared to dimilar properties. The outdoor pool area was closed, but looked very nice. Our room was clean, but needed some maintenance(bathroom door wouldn't stay closed or lock, some bathroom tiles and damage on the bathroom door were very poorly fixed. The couch was unusable(very low). It might work as an extra bed. The staff was very friendly, and was working on maintenance during our stay. With some upgrades, and more skilled repairs this hotel could be first rate."
