Beautiful Englewood beach home with boatslip

FULLY REMODELED AND RENOVATED WITH HOT TUB ADDED, updated pictures coming soon!! This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 10 comfortably. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy Englewood on the water. Very conveniently located, you are a five minute boat ride to Stump Pass, and a 5 minute car ride to Englewood beach.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities. The master has a queen bed. The second room has queen bed. The third room is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds and the outdoor “shack” has a pull out couch.

Maximum boat size is 26’ for the slip. The slip is walking distance from the house, two lots down.

End your day with a dip in the in the pool or hot tub!

Great trip & awesome property

We had such a great stay at Amanda’s place! She was super quick to respond to any questions I had as well as accommodate our every need! The house was super clean and the pool was great. Perfect for two couples. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

We decided to get away last minute for a long weekend and found this gem! It was a great location on and off the water! Getting to use the lift for the boat was a huge plus! We will definitely be renting this house again. Thank you so much!!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 2 year old daughter. We were pleasantly surprised from the time we entered the home. Amanda was very responsive and we had everything we needed at the property. The pool was clean and the outdoor space was great. Highly recommended!

Great house, wonderful neighborhood by Stump Pass

We had a great time. The house was just what we were looking for. We have family in town and come down every year to visit. The pool was wonderful and the location is walking distance to the water. We were greeted by amazing wildlife each day including a bald eagle that lives near by and came to say hello each morning. Truly incredible to see it flying around the inter coastal. Very clean property, hosts were super accommodating. Short drive from anything we needed. We’d recommend for anyone looking to enjoy Englewood but who prefer a quiet retreat from the beach crowd and busy shopping districts.
