Lemon Bay Getaway - coastal pool home with dock leading to Lemon Bay

Coastal canal front home leading to the turquoise waters of Lemon Bay. Short boat or kayak ride and you are immediately in expansive open waterway leading to Boca Grande, Palm Island, Englewood or north to Venice and Sarasota. Beautifully decorated in beachy coastal decor will make you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in the front door. There are two living areas with beautiful furnishings and open plan, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The first floor has two queen bedrooms which share a shower room and there is a smaller double bedroom, with half bath. The master bedroom is on the second floor and allows for privacy from the rest of the house. King size bed and deluxe master bathroom with shower and double vanity. The home has tiled floors throughout for easy living, flat screen TV's, double garage, and laundry room with washer, dryer. Heading outside you come to outdoor oasis with private pool, tiki bar with propane fireplace, comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs. Adirondack chairs and loungers to relax by the pool. Tie your boat or jet ski up to the dock. There is a kayak to enjoy which can be launched very easily. Fish from the dock and enjoy dinner on the propane gas grill. Perfect location if you love fishing around Boca Grande in Tarpon season. Minutes to local beaches at Boca Grande or Englewood Beach and if golf is your game there are numerous courses close by in Rotonda. Hopefully it will be a favorite vacation home to come back to every year.

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our adult children, because everyone was able to have their own space. We also needed a place with a dock and a pool. This home checked all the boxes for us. We will definitely be back.
