"It is definitely inexpensive. The room stunk so bad. Musty. The top covers were dirty. Very old building. Pool was nice. But the furniture was dirty. I checked in at 3pm and left at 10pm to go to another hotel."

"It's obvious a general top surface clean is done in between reservations but that's it. The place is not clean. Definitely should strive for a cleaner environment. The main problem was the air conditioner wasn't working. We tried not to complain, opened windows, even went and got a fan. By 10ish pm I reached out to the phone number listed online. By 3 am I had called 4 times, left messages and got nothing in response from this property until someone came abruptly banging on our door at 930am to let us know check out was in a half hour. We are completely unsatisfied and want our money back. It's way overpriced. "

"The place was nice & location was good. It needed to have an easier check-in as the instructions for front & back doors were different than what was in the instructions. It would have been nice to have instructions for the TV’s. The bathrooms can use some updating & a toaster oven. Also disappointed that there weren’t 2 nice bikes to ride. Rusty & old & bike tire didn’t work. We liked that the beach was close by & could walk. Bed in primary bedroom was very comfortable & kitchen was nicely updated with washer & dryer. Overall it was good. "

"We had such a wonderful time at Coco Bungalow! It was a family vacation we will not soon forget! We have already talked about returning and Mom coming back with friends for a Girls trip! This home had everything we needed and then some! Host was fantastic and quick to respond. The pool was amazing to relax in after a hot day at the beach! All of the little details did not go unnoticed! Short walk to a more private part of the beach was great to avoid the more crowded public beach access. We found sooo many sharks teeth! We will definitely be back to enjoy this property again! Hopefully soon!"

"Very nice condo. Great beach vibe. We saw Sheepshead (fish), crabs and other small fish right by the dock. A manatee swam right next to the dock as we were standing there! The private beach access is only for the sure-footed and depends on the tide. This is out of the owner's control. Large 'boulders' have been placed to slowdown erosion. It is a great place to watch the sunset. Go to one of the other beautiful beaches nearby to hunt for shark teeth and enjoy the water. "

"We stayed in Yellow tail. No beach view unless you walked across the street. Duct tape around window air conditioners. Shower curtain held up by a curtain rod , which would fall down when taking a shower. No toiletries, had to go buy some. Dead birds in the window of the laundry area. Pool tile looked like it was moldy. Not my idea of a luxury resort"
