In prime Manasota Key location, Blue Island Inn has spectacular waterfront views of gorgeous Lemon Bay right out back - in our tropical pool and common areas so you might never want to leave! We are only a 5-minute walk to a delightfully uncrowded ocean-side beach or enjoy our cute “bay-front beach” in our back yard!

Blue Island Inn includes 6 attractive Suites of various sizes. Walk around back to enjoy picturesque Lemon Bay. Blue Island Inn offers shared use of a variety of desirable common areas including: sandy "Bay Beach" area out back, 2 kayaks, tropical swimming pool, self-serve tiki bar, outdoor ping pong, and laundry room.

Quick 1 minute drive to five popular family-friendly Key restaurants near the big Englewood beach with live tropical music, very popular free beach yoga classes, reasonably priced water sports rentals – parasailing, sunset cruises etc. 2-mile drive to number 1 ranked attraction of stump pass state beach park - a natural wonderland. Lots more restaurants & shops along Dearborn & nearby Historic Venice Avenue. Stumpy's Free Ride - a tip-based shuttle service - is popular with our guests. Enjoy!

Guests have access to the entire Teeny Bikini Suite with full bed, small sofa, smart tv, kitchenette and bathroom. Please note this is a small unit - 171 total square feet - small in space yet efficient design with a surprising amount of storage options and well-equipped kitchenette.

Guests also have use of resort’s common areas with lots of free amenities: pool, Bay Beach, laundry room, ping pong, 1 parking spot, deeded beach access to wonderful, delightfully uncrowded ocean side beach.

Teeny Bikini is on the first floor of the charming Blue Island Inn on a quiet, safe, relaxing nice island street. You will receive a 4-digit code - along with the vacation suite's address - to your entrance door which work on your dates, so you don't need to worry about keys! super easy! ONE car parking spot (there's no other parking & I don't have other safe parking ideas that aren't a high TOW RISK - so please only plan to bring one car or choose another property.)

Bringing your own car or Car rentals are the best, easiest, reasonably priced way to get to and from Manasota key. Stumpy's Free Ride is a popular tip-based local shuttle service our guests like to use to get around the Key or uber/lyft.

Like hotels - we supply "starter supplies" - toilet paper, folded paper towels, sample size coffee, tea, etc. to get you going -- then there's a convenience store and several grocery stores a short drive away if you want additional supplies.

Best mini vacation EVER!!

This property is amazing!! No detail is left out of the wonderful description! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as the private beach access the blue island inn is in the PERFECT location no doubt whoever you bring here will truly enjoy themselves we had the most relaxing 2 days and we can not wait to rebook and come back again! Wonderful Weekend Getaway

The Teeny Bikini was a great place to stay for a quick weekend getaway to our favorite vacation spot. The detailed description in the listing helped us prepare for our visit. The room was indeed Tiny- but perfect. The description was spot on. They used every inch of space wisely. The shower was amazing!!! This very quaint hotel/resort was just what we needed. Sitting on the bay side was so relaxing. We were lucky the weather was great.

Perfect place for a getaway

Loved the location and amenities. Room was tiny but as others have mentioned, use of space is amazing and you do not want for anything... They have thought of it all!! We used the pool, the grill, chairs to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets and dock to fish from.... And we caught A LOT, albeit just to throw back in 😊 Will definitely be back.... Thank you for a great stay!

Short stay in Teeny Delight

This property was exactly how it was described. Very small but so many amenities and efficiently stored. We loved that there was a first aid kit, batteries and flashlights available if needed. The coffee, popcorn and soda, and soaps were a nice surprise too. We used the laundry free facilities. The deeded access to the beach was fantastic seeing that the public access is closed due to the hurricane damages. We didn't use the kayaks as the weather was not conducive but would have if we had more time and better weather. For the two of us it was exactly what was needed and exactly as described!

The best place to celebrate our anniversary

We had a quick three night stay here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and had the most amazing experience. They left us a bottle of wine, the cleanest cozy unit, and a beautiful spot to soak in the sun. We took advantage of the dock while sipping our coffee and took the short walk over to the beach across the street for the day. We can’t wait to come back next year for our anniversary :)

The room was neat and clean. Perfect size for me. Or a couple. Nice area around the pool, with plenty of seating to enjoy the sun. New dock for fishing. Close to the Gulf beach across the street! I had a very good experience there. Definitely will consider staying there again!
