Welcome to Chadwick Cove on Manasota Key! This brand new 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront condo is 800 sq. ft. and features an open layout with a balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest when using the queen Murphy bed located off the living room. Quarts countertops throughout and stainless steal appliances. The condo also features a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is walkable to everything the key has to offer. Englewood beach is located directly across the street allowing you to enjoy both the beach and the bay in one location. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a grill, tiki bar and fire pit.

Spring BreaK

We had a great time at this condo and on Manasota Key! We are traditionally Spring Breakers in Ft. Myers Beach. This was such an incredible break from all of the hustle that goes along with the more heavily frequented islands. There is plenty to do in and around the key. We will be back!

Shark Tooth Getaway

My husband and I needed a quick getaway to relax, recharge and unwind. We love this area and love to hunt for shark teeth. UNO, the anfterm of the storm limited access to our favorite spots, but we were quite successful. Erin and Jim’s unit was the perfect spot. I can’t say enough about the location, cleanliness and overall comfort. The host were easily accessible and the condo is in pristine condition! We will definitely return and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a great spot on Manasota Key!

From a native born east coast Floridian & So Cal Navy veteran, this was a gem of a find!!!! Spectacular sunrises and amazing sunsets all from this condo!!! Everything is walkable - beach, restaurants, beach bars, souvenir shops. The beach and condo were both dog friendly. There is still a lot of devastation to see in the area from the past hurricane (s) but this condo is a great place to stay to experience it all. Highly recommended. Great host.

Stayed here many times. After major hurricane damage Erin is taking the opportunity to completely renovate the entire property.The condos are done and beautiful inside.Very well equipped and nicely decorated.Jim the manager is there for any issues and great to work with.When the property is completed this will be one of the nicest places to stay on the key

Super cozy and great owners

Super, cute, cozy and clean! The beach was in walking distance and it was loaded with shells! The owners showed us around and even let us borrow some beach chairs and toys!

Amazing sunrise and sunset views!

We had a fantastic stay in this unit. All the amenities were greatly available as described in the listing. There were plenty of clean towels, blankets and bath/kitchen supplies for a weekend stay. Kevin and Becca made our stay quite exceptional. They are THE VERY BEST on site concierge and so accommodating. Kevin gave us fishing tips and even provided a pole for my 11 yr old son to catch his first fish!! (He caught 3 good sized catfish right off the dock!!!) The morning sunrise view out the front window was a delight to wake up to each morning. Beach is right across the street. Everything is within walking distance. We hope to get back down to Englewood to stay here again. Wonderful experience.

Great location, helpful property managers

We need a few days to get away from the hustle bustle of the world and this place was perfect for that! We loved sitting and looking out at the water, and and enjoyed a little time kayaking in the area. It was the perfect place to unwind and decompress with the beach and good restaurants within walking distance.

Close to everything Great people there.

Made a last minute booking able to get a boat slip and room. The owner and dock master were absolutely amazing! Kevin was great helping us get in and out of our slip and making sure we were tied up good with the tides. Thus was by far the best last minute trip we have ever made. Good restaurants and the beach in very short walking distance. Short boat ride to Stumps Pass. Will definitely be coming back soon. Would highly recommend this place met some really fantastic people while staying there. Great for family trips or a weekend getaway.

Great place & great people!

I booked a weekend trip for my husband, myself and our teenage boys and Kevin and the owner, Ray were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that we felt welcome and had everything that we needed. The condo is cute and comfy and has everything that you need. We brought our 3 jet skis and had a blast playing in the ocean on them! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect getaway walking distance to the beach!!

This place was a great place to get away to. Walk was 20-30 seconds to the beach. Really easy access. The beach was right on the edge of a public and private beach. The place was very clean and management was quick to reply and quite helpful. There was a grill and patio located on dock by the marina. Short drive to grocery stores and Venice beach. Overall I loved the place and expirence!!

Location is amazing!

We had a blast! Location was awesome. View from balcony is beautiful. We had sunrise view in the morning from the balcony, and just a short walk away was an amazing sunset in the evening! Walking distance to everything. So much to do here. Erin has awesome communication. Will stay here again for sure.

Great location to the beach. You get to use a private beach. Not public!! Basic vrbo. Nothing special but practical. Kitchen items like salt and pepper, And simple items not provided! Could have just a few items on hand like paper towels and napkins! People at the marina were amazing and friendly. Enjoyed talking with the locals at the marina that stay in there boats. Great people!!!!!
