"The front desk person was nice and helpful. Good location. The problem was I paid for breakfast while making reservation. I went to restaurant an hour after they are scheduled to open and it wasn't open. The front desk person had an attitude about it when I asked about breakfast. No explanation. Hotels.com took care of my refund quickly"
