"Everything was a construction war zone (rightfully so because it ALL needed replacing from roof to floors to furniture to doors). Staff was great but so thin we had to go in search for someone to check us in. Room was clean but needed a new mattress, carpet, door, etc. Ice machine didn't work. Food was good. It should all be great once work is done but not right now. Sorta like camping."

"We arrived with our two small dogs after a 10 hour road trip that was difficult, there was no one at the front desk for a good 10 minutes. When she arrived, she told us the hotel had overbooked and canceled our reservation (they did not make any effort to contact us) and that we were rebooked at a lesser value hotel which was not pet friendly. We were left scrambling for a room and had to drive an additional 30 minutes."
