Great hotel with once in a life infinity pool. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful, and the service in restaurant was excellent! Definitely something to write home about.

Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!

The Best Ever

It was exceptional. Everything was perfect. The room gorgeously appointed and visually stunning. The food was outstanding. We are coming back with our children and staying longer.

Luxury at its finest! Unique experience on top of the mountain with breathtaking view of Lake Lucerne. Awesome infinity pool and spa amenities. Breakfast is beautiful!

Beautiful views from the property and spa, particularly from the infinity pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. They really made our stay as part of our anniversary trip special and we hope to go back for longer some time. The included catamaran to Lucerne was a nice day out. They were also very dog friendly and provided a good quality dog bed.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE EVER!

Spa is over the top amazing!!!!!!! Scenery is breathtaking!!! Transportation by catamaran and funicular to the resort was fun! Food was amazing. Drinks were pretty, but weak. Service team was spectacular! (ONLY complaint I might have is our particular pillows that we chose were a little musty smelling.) The hike up to the lift was perfect. Would return again in a heartbeat!
