"Everything was wonderful. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location and view were amazing. Proximity to shopping and transit were good. Breakfast was enjoyable. Thanks very much!! "
"Staff was very helpful and understanding being that I spoke no Japanese. Room was and hotel were clean and comfortable. Restaurants onsite were reasonable and had good service. Location was very walkable, coffee shop around the corner was my default go to for a cheap breakfast or dinner."
"The room was really nice, clean, great view. What really stood out was the service and very classy environment. Honestly, I felt like I was treated like royalty."
"The room was quite small; you would not be able to fully open your checked-in suitcase on the floor in this room. However, that is to be expected in most Japanese hotels. The room was very clean. The custodians come to clean your room every 3 days by default (more often if you request it) and provide you with fresh linens. They were incredibly hard working.
The hotel has two convenience stores nearby, one on either side of the hotel. The hotel itself also sells small snacks on the first-floor lobby as well as drinks in vending machines on the 14th floor. There is also a Don Quijote within walking distance as well, though it is quite small. The hotel is right by a bus station and very close to the train stations as well.
The television in your room was surprisingly very helpful. It has several educational videos regarding the services provided by the hotel as well as videos on general Japanese culture. The television also gives you status updates on the laundry room and how busy the hotel's public baths are.
On the 14th floor there are five washing machines with built in dryers. There is also a machine to exchange your bills for coins to use the machines. These washing machines were such a help. They automatically dispense detergent with each load, so there is no need for you to purchase your own. They also come with a very handy safety feature to protect your clothes. When using the machines, you are required to set up a pin which you will use to retrieve your clothes."
