"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."

"Convivence is the biggest asset to staying here. Can get to the malecon or key shopping and eating places quickly from this property. Rooms were not clean well, no towels in one room - very worn down. I will say the staff is very friendly. Price was fair."

"Clean room right in the center of party zone. Walking distance to the bar areas. Staff was spot on until I noticed a double charged and advised that they only have a manager on site Monday-Friday and could not do anything about the situation. Advised for us to send a WhatsApp but we do not use the app asked use to send an email to reservation email on their card and have not received a response since 3/21. Showed bank statements of both charges and how the it went through. Bank charged me international fee twice. Still have no heard back from the hotel."
