"Very good location, attached to Victoria mall which is in a walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops etc. "

The organisation of my very early shuttle to the airport was done, but when the car arrived, the staff called the wrong room on the phone so I was not informed!! On the whole, not really worth what I paid for the room."

There were also many lake flies during our stay, which made the experience less comfortable. We requested a late checkout and, although the manager offered a reduced rate, we still had to pay $50 for a 3:00 pm departure. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives, but there is room for improvement."
