Room was clean, staff was nice, and lots of shopping and food options! Stayed here many times and never had any issues. We brought our friends with us many times and they liked this hotel, too. Our hotel to stay at when in Tokyo.

Didn’t notice it’s a pet friendly hotel when I booked but there’s dog smell since you enter the lobby. The smell in the second bedroom is awful! I used the spray but it’s still not helpful. The location is perfect so I’d recommend it to people travelling with pets but not too much for people without.
