I stayed there for a week. Room was clean. Bill prepared breakfast every morning. He greeted every customer at the restaurant and gave us a tray for breakfast buffet. His customer service was beyond my expectations. I would stay again when I visit Tokyo.

I stayed here for about 1 week on a solo trip through Tokyo. The room was small but I really enjoyed the cleanliness and quality, and all of the staff i interacted with were very kind and professional! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I return to Japan!
