Good stay. Not a five star hotel. We were not welcomed at the door. We had to request help with our luggage. Dining options are really really limited. It’s a good location for Saint Emilion. Staff in restaurant were great, very friendly. Deluxe room was well appointed, spacious, nice bathroom, great view.

Stayed for 3 nights. There are pluses, but also minuses. Pluses: Beautiful area. Close to Bordeaux and Saint Emilion. Large rooms, great showers and toilets. There is a kettle in the room. In front of the room is a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is very good if it is covered by a woman. At our request, she even covered us one hour earlier due to our early check-out, (many thanks to her). When breakfast covered a man, it was much worse....
