Great hotel, spotlessly clean, quiet, great sleep, amazing air conditioning, fresh breakfast. Good location into city centre.
Needs a safe in the room, and mirror near desk & plugs for hairdryer.
Would definitely recommend, as good value, and would stay here again.

Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

The food was first class and rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars and 1/2 mile from our River Cruise embarkation. We couldn’t be more pleased.

"Arrived at 2:50pm for 3 pm checkin and we were asked to come back at 3. Room view was a wall and other side construction. When I asked how early construction started I was told we wouldn't hear anything. Then a really rude guy called back annoyed and said it started at 10:30am which is "a very reasonable ..."
