"Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "

"Staff were outstanding from the Bar to the dining room. Most helpful kindest people. Parents need to control their children in a well established hotel, running around like animals. Don’t bring your children to fancy hotel where they are unattended by the parents "

"Every detail of this hotel from the herringbone cloth slippers to the Santa Maria Novella products in the bathroom have been thoughtfully considered in a way some 5 stars miss. All this and an amazing team at Reception and the Restaurant. "

"Property is ideally located ski-in ski-out in Les Arcs 1950 (The best village IMO). Apartment is a clean and well equipped corner unit that gets nice natural light and is a reasonable size for 4 adults. The apartment building is showing some age and the ski room is a bit small, otherwise I would book the place again."

"The property is located in the most stunning area, within the foothills of Mont Blanc. You will not be disappointed with the view from the hotel, or the pool. We paid slightly more for a mountain view room which was impeccable. Hotel boasts complementary kids room with toys, foosball table, pool table, arcade games, a gym, the pool, sauna & jacuzzi. We decided to add breakfast both mornings which was really well stocked & free for our 3 year old & baby, it was €18 for adults. There's a shuttle from the hotel into Chamonix which we didn't use as we had our car, it's around a 5km drive and parking is fairly cheap on an evening. We didn't eat at the hotel on an evening as we arrived late one day, and there was only a BBQ option for the other night which we thought was pricey at €42 for adults, especially as I am vegetarian & there was no al la carte option. If we had to be really picky, we struggled to park a couple of times, but we were allowed to park in the bus parking instead."

Such friendly and hospitable staff, beautiful food, the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen and a truly beautiful hotel and location with great access to local village, town and the mountains. Would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again."
