"The hotel is clean, but the walls must be made of paper. I was assigned a room adjacent to an elevator, that dinged constantly until about 1AM. That coupled with the loud voices of guests loading and unloading lead to an unrestful stay with an early morning flight to catch. The staff was made aware & would not change the room. It was not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient."

"Holes in the walls, broken TV remote, unfriendly staff, no breakfast for people in the "suites". The bed was very uncomfortable. Miserable. "
