The hotel is perfect for visiting the avenue and the town, there is a public car park underneath which if you validate your parking within 24hrs is pretty cheap, €14 for 48hrs. The rooms are small but you’re only sleeping there. My only real issues were the towels are small and thin and you only get two, also the mattress has a kind of plastic protector on which makes it very hot to sleep. The sheet isn’t big enough so moves in the night and you end up sleeping on plastic.

A well maintained hotel with rooms typical for a city hotel. Small, compact and clean. Breakfast was plentiful but we struggled to find restaurants nearby. The hotel position was perfect for exploring around Epernay and although there was no parking at the hotel, the Centre Ville parking was just across the square.

Small budget hotel, very well located. Rooms are a bit small but manageable, and amenities were not great (only 2 towels with no hand towels, i.e.). The hotel is currently under renovation, which was not mentioned when we booked (although we booked a while ago), and there is some serious noise going on between 8 am and 6 pm.

The Ibis in Chablis is well situated making local services easily walkable. The staff were very accommodating and breakfast was quite good!

This property was a nightmare. Rooms are impossibly small, no where to put any of your suitcases et c. The towels were dirty with brown stains. It’s currently under construction- I emailed before I came asking if this would be noisy as I have work I need to do over zoom and need quiet and was assured that it would not disturb me. I have email proof of this response from the hotel. They were literally hammering above my head from 8am on. I called down to ask if there was anything I could do- The staff was extremely rude, especially Amelie. I asked to speak to a manager, she said they would be there in 10 minutes. I asked again an hour later and she told me no, she would not get the manager for me and refused to help me any further. Extremely unprofessional and with other hotel options in the area, I don’t know why anyone would choose to stay here. Avoid it like the plague.

Dear Ariela,We informed all our guests about the renovation work before the arrival and also when you arrived because we let you the choice not to stay even if your booking is with restriction condition cancellation policy.I know one of our receptionnist answered you "don't worry about the noise", which was a faulse information and we have manage it with him. For that we apologize.It is an evidence that we can not stop the work because you asked for, so Amelie manage the best as she can. About her rudness, we always stay correct and respectfull with the guest who are the same with us. At one point we have to stop the trucculence from the guest, so we ask for some respect and stop the conversation.Best regardsChristine

Good hotel in central location
Good location in the centre of . Standard IBIS accommodation with good shower and large comfortable bed. Breakfast fast was Ok. There is no on site parking, but there is a good underground safe carpark 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. The cost for 2 days was approx 13 euros and tickets can be bought from a machine or from English speakingthe receptionist at the car park ( the easiest option).

Bit of confusion at reception - too many people involved - asked if we wanted rooms serviced/ fresh towels etc - but then it wasn’t so needed to get new towels when we got in later at night 😒 Great shower, centrally located but probably won’t stay in this one again.

Despite Covid and few people in hotel we were given a tiny room next to elevator. Very noisy. Hotel is ridiculously basic. The room and bathroom were clean but too small. Would not recommend staying in Epernay l at all. Restaurants were not great and even booking three weeks out could not get in. Fine as a day trip from Reims but not worth staying overnight.

Lovely stay, we have stayed here 4 times now when in Epernay for champagne tasting. Perfect location, carpark underneath and very well priced. Rooms are modern and clean but not huge, but you don't struggle for space

Convenient location and good value for money. The hotel was generous with an extended checkout time which we really appreciated. We would recommend a near by cafe instead of the hotel breakfast as this was nothing amazing however it was convenient.

The room was so small you could not turn around! No tissues, no nothing! The location was wonderful and breakfast was very good! It is a very basic room, no frills, acutely no nothing!

Great location, right in the centre and easy walk to the Avenue du Champagne. Very nice breakfast buffet. Doesn't have its own car park but there's lots of parking around (including an underground car park where you can buy a ticket for multiple days).

Nice hotel near the centre of Epernay
Good location. Bedroom and bathroom are quite compact, clean and comfortable . Nice bed linen. Staff friendly and helpful. Pleasant Continental breakfast and boiled eggs, very clean dining area. Not a luxurious hotel but nonetheless comfortable and useful for 1/2 night stay and not expensive. Large secure underground car park two minute walk away.

The hotel was a place to sleep and nothing more. Rooms are recently remodeled and there is still construction going on. Biggest complaint was— our toilet was dirty when we walked in. It was all relatively ok for the cheap price of the room. Location was good as everything in Épernay is walkable.

Perfect for central stay with our small dog. (5€/night) Excellent secure underground parking, (12€ for 48hours) . Hotel & room clean, comfortable and functional. Ideal for us as not much time spent in hotel. Breakfast taken one day which was good enough for us with rare nice coffee. Our 2nd stay and would definitely return here if back in Epernay

Great location, a little basic
This hotel is right in the centre of Epernay, fantastic location and off the road so quiet. However the facilities in the room are really basic - no tea and coffee facilities and the hairdryer was out of the arc! Still it was clean, bed comfortable and serves a purpose.
