The staff was personable especially Sadie. I was allowed to check in early as there was a room available . Breakfast was included and coffee all the time.

Room was clean, staff went above and beyond.

Place is nice and clean good the staff very nice and also the manager too .good place to be parking easy to fund free parking

I was pleasantly surprised at the authenticity of the building and decor of the 18th century era. The owner puts great effort into making it an enjoyable experience. As a history fan this place surpassed my expectations. The breakfast was wonderful too!

I stayed with my husband and toddler for five days. They gave us a free room upgrade at check-in. We picked this hotel for the location since it was convenient for highway access. We're originally from the area so we knew what we were looking for. Our room was clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the lake. They provide a good breakfast with decent eggs and tasty pancakes. There's plenty of free parking. If I was a tourist, I probably wouldn't want to stay here since I wouldn't say it's exactly modern or has an overall good vibe. It's slightly depressing and it might be a combo of the dated decor and building and also the sad looking clientele. That said, the employees are nice and helpful and the rooms are clean so if you're strapped for cash and just need a bed to sleep in it's fine. But it's not one of those places you go to for the ambiance.
