The Italian family was friendly at the welcome, but very loud, it was not relaxing to sit outside in the evening and actually enjoy the view. Dalle camere bellissime e confortevoli alla deliziosa colazione, passando per i panorami mozzafiato e la splendida piscina, ogni dettaglio ha superato le nostre aspettative. Non c’è davvero nulla che avremmo voluto diverso! Roberto e Bettina sono stati degli ospiti eccezionali, accoglienti e premurosi, capaci di farci sentire subito a casa. Una delle esperienze più belle è stata la cena siciliana autentica che offrono ai loro ospiti. È stata senza dubbio una delle migliori cene di tutta la nostra settimana in Sicilia! Il cibo, il vino eccellente, l’atmosfera e la loro calorosa ospitalità hanno reso la serata davvero speciale. E a proposito di vino, non andatevene senza averne acquistato qualche bottiglia da portare a casa! È semplicemente fantastico. "Amazing stay at Adler, with very kind and attentive staff and delicious food. We loved spending our days at the beach and pool and also got to enjoy the spa and amenities. "This hotel has a ton of character, clean rooms, good breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. It’s super close to the beach and the parking is easy right out front. Being jet-lagged and my first night in Sicily, I couldn’t figure out how the AC unit worked, unfortunately, but opening the windows helped and I still slept very well. I will definitely come back to stay here again!"

The staff were polite, with a shout out to the chef who engaged with everyone to ensure any dietry requirements were met, the breakfast was fantastic. The pool was big and deep enough to swim. The location was good, close to a cookery class and the Turkish stairs. The only gripe would be that the pool did not open (until 9), after breakfast."
