"This is our second time staying at this property in the last month. First time the rooms seemed ok except that our room was mixed up and rented to another people with similar last name. Front desk manager to prove that the last names were similar pulled out other guests check in information with all their personal info to show us(mind blowing isn’t it?) We thought we will give another chance. We came to check in and thought we are at totally different motel. Hallways trashed, common areas smelled like there was an accident. Our room keys didn’t work so we came back to get new ones. No one was at the front desk for a while. We noticed our check in information signed list was just laying on the front desk to grab for anyone. That is totally not acceptable. At that point we were not happy and were offered to leave and find another place to stay. That was exactly what we did and next door place didn’t disappoint. Never again…"

"The room we were staying in had black mold on the bathroom ceiling from what looked like water damage "

"This was not a Good stay. Too many bday parties going on both days we were there.. kids running around and the parents drinking and not paying attention. Couldn’t even get in the hot tub or pool.. we won’t be back.. breakfast wasn’t the best and that mad apple really sucked. Staff was pleasant enough. "

"I wish their airport shuttle extended their hours but the stay was amazing! The staff were friendly and pleasant! Gabby was real nice and helpful! The rooms were really good but the breakfast was very good considering it was a Holiday Inn. The price was worth it to pay for a really good breakfast! Room was really nice and slept so comfortably! "

"No hot tub and tv couldn’t do streaming ability "

"We had a terrible time at this property. Our key for our room repeatedly stopped working and we had to go to the desk constantly for new keys. By our second night, we had no keys for our room. We were placed in the middle of a renovation (rooms being renovated all around us. We were walking over drywall and debris to get to our room. The gentlemen working on the rooms were kind, but often in our way as we were coming and going. The tv in our room did not work."

"While using the text option to ask questions, the staff member took a long time to respond and was rude. The room. Was clean and in good condition, however, the spa tub that was in my room was dirty! Cleaned it out my self prior to using it. "
