"Easy check in and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. Amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, sitting area with couch and chair, a desk with chair and a coffee maker made our stay even more relaxing! The indoor pool and hot tub soothed our weary muscles from our travels and the delicious buffet breakfast the next morning fueled us to continue on our journey. If we’re passing through again, we will definitely stay at the Crystal Inn!"

"Tienen excelente atención, están remodelando el hotel y se nota muy bien, solo les falta mejorar la limpieza, ya que se ve que no se muy detallados y entras al cuarto y da un pequeño mal olor, recomiendo también tener cuartos exclusivos para personas que llevan mascotas ya que el primer cuarto que me dieron olía muy feo a perro y tenía hasta pelo por lo cual pedí cambiarlo y sin problema me asignaron otra habitación. Sin duda si es opción para regresar a este hotel ya que tiene buen precio y cercas varias opciones se comida y tiendas de conveniencia."

"The room was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful. The room I was in had an office chair that was very uncomfortable and the ceiling fan had caused dust swirl marks on the stucco ceiling. Kinda gross. It would also be nice if they gave you an extra soap bar as taking the soap bar bac & forth from the sink to th shower was inconvenient. They also only had an ice machine on the 3rd floor which was a little inconvenient for the guests that were on other floors. Their hot coffee wasn't so hot as it was below luke warm but what do you expect in the later afternoon. It would also be nice if the staff would check the trash cans outside the hotel as many times it was full when we tried to throw something away. These are only clues to what could be improved. If these few hints to improve this hotel were adjusted, then it would be a much better place to stay overall. But I would still recommend staying here as to some degree these issues are minor."
