This hotel was right in old town with easy parking. The room was very nicely decorated, large and very quiet, and walkable to every thing. There is a lot to do in Erfurt and we ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Really easy to find. Check in was very smooth. Parking garage is a tight squeeze, but very manageable for a experienced driver. Room was very clean and tidy. Checkout was just as smooth.

However, the staff gave me the key to the storage room which happens to be in the basement: One – serious security breach given that other people‘s luggage was in there. My own had my computer. Two – it’s in the basement requiring older people to carry and find their way without any instructions. Seem careless, and this was the general attitude of the staff towards their guestsa
