Front desk were all very friendly and helpful for us as we checked in and helped with any issues. Hotel lobby and lounge area were very well kept and beautiful. We did enjoy breakfast at the hotel bar and appreciated the water and coffee while either heading out or arriving back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel and would book again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Munich to stay here. Thank you

We were met by Alexis who was extremely friendly and gave us some useful information on places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and the air con was spot on. Breakfast was amazing with an excellent choice of food and drink. Thoroughly recommended 👌 😀🇩🇪

"Floor was dirty, property is far from the train station (using public transport) and German public transport is already a nightmare (seeing as I’ve experienced the Swiss one beforehand) no lift ,towels were rough, area was not well lighted at night so it was a bit scary, and a few more things a kind ..."
