The location is the best part of this hotel. The Viktualienmarkt is less than a 5 minute walk, very close to tourists destinations and lots of shops and restaurants close by.
Room was basic, oversized uncomfortable pillows. Appear be some work being done and awoke to loud banging coming from above. Room was very basic.
Breakfast was quite good and rooftop bar offered very nice views of the city.

We liked the service, hospitaly, ammenities, the property and the staff are very professional and friendly. What did not like is that the was missing the kingsize bedlining but the people at the reception solved the problem.

Floor was dirty, property is far from the train station (using public transport) and German public transport is already a nightmare (seeing as I’ve experienced the Swiss one beforehand) no lift ,towels were rough, area was not well lighted at night so it was a bit scary, and a few more things a kind ...
