The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Beautiful fully remodeled 1 bd apt w King size bd
Everything about the unit was great…easy check in (even let us check in a bit early!), great communication with host, location good for walking, interior and amenities were very nice. Reasonable price and will definitely stay again. Thanks

It was a decent, well maintained hotel for the price. Not particularly convenient to anything except the casino (which I wasn't there for) My room was on the first floor which was a little off putting since I don't use blackout shades. I would recommend for either casino stays or just a decent mid-level ...

I booked my hotel off of hotels.com. I live 2 hrs from Erie pa. The plan was to pay for this beautiful hotel and swim all day. No other plans. We get there and the pool is closed for renovations. A paper was given to us if we want to swim we can go next door. This was absolute false advertisement. ...

Springhill Suites by Marriott Erie
Our room was clean, though trash cans were missing liners. Breakfast was good, something for everyone, but some items did run out. Pool was small and a tad crowded during our stay so we opted to not use the pool. Drinks from the hotel’s store were pricey.
