"Staff was great the room was not the door was broke and would lock sometimes and other times it would not there was no shower curtain in my room had to go to front desk and they gave me one not put it in but gave me one to put in ?? Room was not clean !"

"Water park closed at 8 which is way to early! We arrived on Friday night and didn't get to go to the water park until Sunday morning and just for a little while. You had to buy anything you wanted. No coffee pots in room, nor courtesy pots in the lobby. Coffee should be available to guests at all times."

"Apparently Zach Galifianakis works at the front desk. Cool but very unkempt and I think there was a body odor emanating from behind the counter. He was pleasant enough, however. Room was clean, but beds were a bit too squishy and pillows were just these tiny squares, which was weird. I liked the clean white sheets and bedding. Room window opened which was nice but there was a huge hole in my screen and felt unsafe for a child. Breakfast seemed just adequate but tolerable and I guess what I would expect from this level budget of a hotel. The hotel was pretty clean except for a big patch of either poopy or muddy spots down the first floor hallway. I could see a lot of work trucks outside and imagine it was just somebody that maybe worked in the mud all day. This is definitely a passable, adequate hotel if you’re on a budget and trying to find something nice enough and the lower budget frame. I would say this is either High cheap or low mid as far as budget goes. Totally possible. I recommend."

"The breakfast fruit didn’t have bananas. The coffee only had the horrible coffee mate petroleum product for cream. Otherwise it was ok "

"The room was clean and tidy. No complaints about the room. I didn’t realize that when you stay multiple days housekeeping doesn’t come at all while you’re there unless requested. Kinda disappointing but not really a big deal. Staff was friendly and courteous. I didn’t make it to breakfast either day so I cannot rate that. Outside was neat and clean. Parking lot well lit as well. "
