The staff was great - friendly and accommodating. Our hair dryer didn’t work, our key cards quit working, and we were only given one set of towels; which were all annoying, but quickly remedied by staff.

The check-in was quick and easy. Had an issue a couple of times with the room keys but the staff was quick to fix it. The staff responded quickly to a special request.
