"We were there the night before our flight and the hotel met our needs very well. Tried to get water out of the vending machine in the morning and it took our money and didn’t produce any water. When mentioned that to what we thought were staff he just said oh yeah it’s jammed and walked away. No offer to help."

"Great bed. Great pillows. This was fifth straight hotel in a lengthy vacation including European travel, and the sleep was fantastic; best of the 5. Also coffee available in the lobby area all day for guests, as well as cold lemon water. Great location too, for ease of shuttle commute to Pearson. Great breakfast to boot. Quiet hotel too! Loved that. I’m quite a fussy old goat and I have nothing negative to say. Frankly, this was like staying at a close friend’s home."

"Had a great experience with this hotel from check-in to check-out. All the staff we met were genuinely nice, friendly and helpful. They are very welcoming and accomodating. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Even though it was located to the airport, it was quiet. Breakfast was also great. Coffee and tea available 24/7 and water dispenser on the main floor. There were two restaurants connected to the hotel that are both highly-rated. There is also a convenience store connected to the hotel with a friendly and nice staff. The airport shuttle was very convenient. We had a good rest and will definitely be back!"

"Our stay was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good and has a little of everything. The shower in our room would need a little more cleaning, ex. the grout. But that said the bed and pillows are very comfortable. It was a restfull night."
