"For some reason there were no plugs for either the sink or the bathtub. However, the water pressure in the shower was amazing! I had to do some searching to find an outlet to plug my phone in, but otherwise everything was great. Breakfast, cafeteria style was delicious and plentiful."

"I think this is a fantastic hotel in Toronto. Its location is wonderful. They have parking for guests and it's right in that Middle Lane of being better than a very cheap hotels and not missing much compared to the very expensive ones. The staff are outstanding. First and foremost, they are wonderful people and are able to accommodate many things. I would 100% stay here again. If I had to find something to complain about I would love it if the mattress was a bit more comfortable. And that is truly just something for me. We slept well all three nights. Got food delivered. Rode the train, the tram and the bus. My biggest fear is that this review will make the hotel too popular and the price is go up. "
