Top Hockey Hall of Fame Hotel Reviews

The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

The Westin Harbour Castle, Toronto

10/10 Excellent
"This hotel really was superb. When we arrived, just after check-in time, the room was not ready and we did have to wait a couple of hours, they were very apologetic and gave us breakfast vouchers which was a kind gesture which we appreciated. The location was great - we could walk to everything! Not far from bus station where we arrived - it was easy to walk with suitcases as just 4 mins and nice big paths! The hotel offered lots of fitness activities; free yoga, running sessions. There were also free activities outside such as pickleball, tennis courts, giant connect 4 games etc. plenty of outdoor seating areas and an indoor pool. The hotel were also very accommodating when we had a last minute flight cancellation and suggested that I use the reception phone to make a toll-free call to sort new flights since the first call I made cost me almost £100 on my mobile! The breakfast was good - the restaurant always seemed busy, but there was no shortage of food - regularly topped up and a good selection! The only niggle we had was the fact that we had a room which had an internal door as obviously connecting options, this did mean that we could hear the neighbours - and one evening they played music and sang until quite late - but this was not the hotels fault and I’m sure if we complained, they would have sorted - we just accepted that the people next door were also on holiday and left them to it - as frustrating as it was! Overall, I would 100% rebook this hotel!"

"Honestly everything was amazing the staff upgraded our room for my BFs birthday and they helped carried our bags up to the room everything was very clean. We stayed for a total of 2 nights. Breakfast was also very good it’s not a buffet it’s a restaurant and if you want “free” breakfast you have to select the breakfast or it’s not “free” also you pay for parking. Also location was perfect because we were next to everything! I really loved it there! Will I be staying there again? No it was too expensive it ranges $300-$400 a night!"
