"Oasis in the middle of the city. Large beautiful room with balcony that is not accessible. Painfully slow elevator despite the fact that it is 2026 in downtown Toronto. Comfortable bed and large bathroom."

"The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The one thing we didn't like was the size of the room. The room was listed as "1 queen bed (Queen Swanky). The bed in the room was definitely NOT a queen, it was a double size. When I mentioned this at the front desk the manager told me that was indeed a queen size "for their hotel". So if you are looking for a queen size bed I would recommend you reserve a king size room. I am including a picture with my husband in the bed. He is 5'11" and about 225 lbs. You can see that this is a much smaller bed than is listed."

"Front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The mens shared bathroom was cleaned the second day I stayed, but they didn't actually clean the showers, leaving hair and grime and the bad smell leftover. The room is okay but the AC vent is always seemingly "leaking" air and making this annoying high pitched noise. Part of the wall trim is hanging off the wall and was previously duct taped and there's duct tape holding together other parts of it."

"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"
