"The breakfast was a joke. $80 for 2 people. I ordered the breakfast with my room but was not informed that the place I went to for buffet was not the one I should have gone too. The buffet tasted good but for $80 I would have expected a much larger selection, like a much larger selection. Also the waiters don't come and refill your coffee unless you ask. Other than that it was good. Just beware of what the Delta Chelsea doesn't tell you!"

"Not accommodating to guests with mobility issues when arriving. Lobby waiting space is mostly limited to sitting in restaurant area. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant food was good. "

"The rooms were quite small but it is advertised as a boutique hotel and it is an older building. Overall, stay was good and amazing for amenities near by. No microwave in the room and the air conditioner was so loud even after being looked at."
