"Die Lage und Ruhe sind wirklich toll, wenn man abgeschieden sein möchte. Viele Tiere, wie Hühner und Schafe. Die Unterkunft - das Hühnerloft - war leider etwas enttäuschend. Kein Wasser, kein WLAN, nicht sonderlich gemütlich. Fernseher war nur für DVDs geeignet, Kühlschrank war auf den Bildern vorhanden, aber vor Ort nicht. Bei 30€ Reinigungsgebühr erwartet man deutlich mehr Sauberkeit. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gut."

"Het huisje zag er keurig uit op een paar kleine punten na. De kitranden in de douchebak kunnen wel weer een update gebruiken. De batterij van de klok was leeg, geen batterijen te vinden...het gat in de parasol voet was te groot en daardoor valt de parasol telkens om.Het huisje is voorzien van een leuk terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel van klimmen houden als je naar je auto wilt.Verders prima hoor."

"Es war ein fantastisches Herbst Wochenende in einer sehr gemütlichen Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick. Es hat uns gut gefallen und es gab auch schöne Wege für unsere Spaziergänge mit Hund."

"Een net ingericht appartement met een complete keuken, sauna en een balkon met een geweldig mooi uitzicht. Eind januari is het stil op het park en ondanks dat is de supermarkt, het binnenzwembad en een vd restaurants geopend, waar je prima iets kan eten. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en komen zeker een keer terug. Let wel, het appartementen complex beschikt over een lift maar het park is niet geschikt voor mindervaliden vanwege de hellingen en de vele trappen. "

"Die Wohnung liegt in einer idylisschen Lage und ist in einer Appartment Anlage mit mehrerern Wohnblöcken. Die Anlage sieht optisch etwas veraltet aus, die Wohnung selbst ist zwar nicht topmodern, aber dafür sauber und funtkional. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist sie völlig ausreichend. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich außerhalb von Kelmis am Waldrand. Sie ist schön begrünt und bepflanzt. Überall stehen Bänke zum Verweilen. Das Wohnen war sehr erholsam und ruhig. "A reasonably priced hotel, competently managed and serviced by just one lovely lady. The room was sparsely furnished with minimal facilities to hang and store clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases, but otherwise perfectly adequate with a comfortable bed. The ensuite bathroom was clean with a well-functioning shower. The continental breakfast was ample with fresh bread rolls and a wide selection of meats and cheeses, as well as a limited number of cereals and fruit. The hotel is situated in the village of Vicht right next to the stream of the same name. The village offers delightful walks in its own right, but is also well situated to explore Aachen, Stolberg, Monschau and the northern Eifel region. Use of a car is desirable to get around, but the village is serviced by public transport. Overall we had a great time."

"We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. There was no tv, the wifi was not good and the parking is just general street parking ( which we had no problem finding parking). Overall, I would personally not stay at this hotel again. It is way too run down and old. However the place would be cute if some love and care was put back into it. "
