Great hotel, location is a little out of the way and public transport was limited but walking is an option. Convenient parking (20EUR Per Night) and the breakfast was reasonable. Only complaint was we had to prepay in advance for breakfast as we didn't prebook this, normally they normally add it onto the final bill.
Would stay again, but more focused on conference crowd and not city travelers

I stopped by Dueren on my way to see a friend in the area and needed a place to stay. The hotel was near the train station and the right place. It is a traditional German hotel that has been updated. The breakfast was definitely worth the price. Definitely on my places to stay if I find myself back ...
