"We loved the hotel!! Right on the water! The breakfast was so good and the staff so helpful and attentive. They had stuffed bears for our two young children upon arrival and the indoor pool and kids playroom for great for the rainy day. We’d come again!"

"Die Unterkunft liegt in guter Lage und die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Es ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben. Der Check-in-Prozess war unnötig kompliziert. Vom Gastgeber wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Schlüssel und Kurkarten bei einer Reinigungsfirma abholen können. Als wir pünktlich um 16 Uhr dort ankamen, war die Firma jedoch geschlossen. Erst nach mehreren Anrufversuchen wurden wir zurückgerufen und darüber informiert, dass sich ein Schlüsselsafe an der Tür befindet und wir diesen nutzen sollen. Die Kurkarten wurden uns anschließend per WhatsApp zugesandt. Hier wäre eine klare und frühzeitige Kommunikation wünschenswert gewesen.Auch die Terrasse machte leider keinen gepflegten Eindruck, da sie stark von Unkraut überwuchert war. Zudem hätte ein Sonnenschirm den Aufenthalt im Außenbereich deutlich angenehmer gemacht.Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Lüftungsanlage, die dauerhaft lief und nicht reguliert werden konnte. Da sich die Lüftungsschlitze direkt über dem Kopfende der Betten befinden, war das Einschlafen teilweise schwierig.Beim Check-out fehlten uns außerdem Informationen dazu, ob die Schlüssel abgegeben werden müssen oder in der Wohnung verbleiben sollen. Ein kurzer Hinweis hierzu würde Missverständnisse vermeiden.Zudem konnte der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer nicht genutzt werden, da die entsprechende Fernbedienung fehlte."

"The hotel building is one of the villas, typical for Binz. The room was clean, had a balcony, and was spacious enough for us two. The restaurant served buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner, both really good. Unfortunately, there is no direct way from your room to the restaurant, you have to leave the building. We had some serious rainfall, where this was disadvantageous. But who got the idea of glass doors for the bathroom? The heavy curtains at the windows did not let light through, but the bathroom had just light shades for privacy, so the light blasted in and through the door into the main room. Having stayed there at the longest day of the year, we hardly got the room dark for sleeping at all. Apart from that nuisance, I can only recommend this place."

"Lite si och så med städningen av rummen, frukosten va jättebra. Vissa av personalen i receptionen kunde knappt engelska varken förstod eller kunde prata. Läget va bra om man vill bo nära city och strand. Missa inte insjön som låg väldigt nära och va ett mysigt och lugnt område."

"Lovely area, peaceful and lots of walking opportunities. Easy to get to by local transport, bus or train. Walking into binz for restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely beach stretching for miles. Great sand and not busy. But for us in may the water temperature was cold. Hotel apartment was spacious and had a nice balcony. Check in at 4pm, so pretty late however they keep your luggage for you. You have to pay three days tax for staying two nights, never had that before. And it's 10 euros to use the pool. Overall a good place."
