Everything was amazing

Really nice and very clean!

Tub was slow draining Shower head to low

Upon arrival , it wasn’t clear about where to go for Valet parking and I entered the other side of the building, where there was a sign “valet “. There should not have been a sign there, if it was not the valet entrance . When entering my hotel , I had no plastic bag for my ice container and only the paper lid for my glass cups .Also, in my bathroom, there was no cups for rinsing out my mouth while brushing my teeth. When I called to complain the man did not speak proper English and could not understand me . It took me 3 other attempts to get what I needed. Also, I had to call the bell hop because I could not find the proper ele for my room and the bell hop did not see me when he went up to drop my bags . Had I not called , I would ah e still be waiting .. Also, some of the charging ports were dead by the right bedside lamp. If I did not bring my charging cube, I would not have been able to charge my electronics of which my ticket for the club was located and other things . Upon arrival , I just wanted to unpack and relax and not wait for all the wrongs to be resolved, of which took about an hour . Also, my sheets did not smell fresh but smelled as if they were not washed properly and when I got home I was very itchy because of it . It was my first time there and it sure if anything else was missing but the staff seemed friendly and I was in a hurry to rest and go out and th next day drive home. Next time I will make sure this doesn’t happen before my stay.

Check in speedy process, room was really nice & updated. Loved the experience & would definitely stay there again!!!
