This house offers:
On the ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with a lounge area (sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi) and a dining table for 6 people;
- A fully equipped kitchen with: sink, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, blender, and electric mixer;
- One bedroom with a standard double bed (140x190cm);
- A second bedroom with two single bunk beds (90x190cm);
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink, and washing machine;
- Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor:
- Relaxation area on the landing with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, and TV;

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Au calme, très propre, bien agencée et en plus le verger est un régal (au propre comme au figuré). Le mobilier de jardin est très agréable. Un vrai coup de coeur pour ce bien vraiment tout près d'Erquy.
