"My stay at Hotel J was truly one of the most relaxing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the tranquil atmosphere set the tone for a peaceful getaway. The sauna was excellent—perfectly maintained and incredibly soothing after a long day. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. I especially appreciated the location; while it’s a little distance from Stockholm, that only adds to its charm. The quiet surroundings made it feel like a true retreat, far from the noise, yet still conveniently accessible. Overall, a wonderfully calm and rejuvenating stay."

"I stayed at this hotel recently, with family to celebrate my daughter’s Wedding in Stockholm. The hotel had a wonderful spacious, relaxing feel about it and had many different seating areas. The dining set up was excellent as was the quality and variety of food. The staff were all friendly, a special shout out to Elias! He was very attentive and knew all of our group. He regularly checked to see if everything was to our liking - he went the extra mile :) I would definitely recommend your hotel to everyone and hope to stay again when visiting my daughter and son-in-law here in Sweden."

"While this property has a stunning location with beautiful outdoor areas, it falls short of luxury rental standards. Major issues included: inadequate WiFi (only works in living room), safety hazards (protruding nails which we had to cover over ourselves, dangerously low pool chlorine/pH levels which we had to spend over 800 SEK to test and rectify ourselves as the owner insisted it was fine despite us raising concerns), and poor bedroom standards (insufficient pillows, small duvets, non-blackout curtains).The main fridge stopped working entirely during our stay, forcing us to move all our food/beverages to other fridges throughout the house. Other problems: broken ventilation system for most of our 8-night stay, appliances dirty/poorly maintained, previous guest or owners' items left in tumble dryer, dust and dead insects on furniture, and disorganized laundry and storage areas.We chose this property for a milestone family celebration and expected a luxury experience given the premium price. Unfortunately, the property appears managed with minimal investment. While we loved the stunning location, I cannot recommend this property until fundamental maintenance and cleanliness standards are addressed."

"Probably the best house we have rented for a family holiday.Spacious, nice decor, wonderful garden and very well equipped (great kitchen and BBQ)The property is in the quiet (& up market) neighbourhood of Solsidan. It’s a 5 minute stroll to a lovely little beach and close to Tattby nature reserve which has some beautiful walks. We used public transport to get to Stockholm city centre - c30 minutes but less by car.Carl was a great host and responded to our numerous questions about the local area and the house "

"We had a wonderful time in Sweden! We chose this house because of the pictures on VRBO and it is also near Stockholm. The house and views are beautiful! We were able to take advantage of the hot tub, roof top deck, and grill/deck area. We also stayed during Midsummer, without realizing this house is within walking distance to a festival at Tyreso Palace. The host, Annelie, is wonderful. She answered messages quickly and gave us a lot of information about the area and things to do. "
