Poor hotel, well away from the beaten track
Reservation confirmed by Expedia, and document confirmation provided, but Hotel had no record of my reservation. Spent over an hour with staff that were reluctant to help at first. Eventually they gave me a room on the 5th floor. Both elevators broken had to walk up 5 flights. No towels in the room and staff unable to understand. Original reservation was for 2 nights, but checked out after the first days fiasco with a charge of

Hattusa Termal'de kaliteli hizmet
Hattusa Termal tesislerinde internet üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdım fakat kendi sistemlerinde görülmeyince bana gelen e-postayı gösteremeseydim ciddi sıkıntı olacaktı. İlk gün maalesef termal ve normal suyun akmadığını gördüm fakat ilgili ve güler yüzlü görevliler kısa sürede sorunu çözdüler. Havuzlar temizdi. Yemekleri iyiydi. Dağı ve denizi gören manzarası, temiz havası ve sakin ortamı ile tatil için tercih edilebilir. Teşekkürler

Devre mülklerde olduğu için tam olarak otel gibi değildi. Çok gürültü vardı. Kaldığım odanın bitişiğinde inşaat yapılıyordu. Saat 8:30 da matkap sesleri ile uyanıyordum.
