Perfectly central to the main attractions of Basel, around 15 minute walk to Rhine river, and to Basel SBB train station. Staff were so welcoming and showed us to our room! Would honestly stay again!

The floor of our bedroom was creaky, one of our towels had a hole, poor amenities in the bedroom, only two small paper cups, instant coffee packets , no cream, the kettle was dirty and we only got one can of water for two nights (2ppl). Honestly I was disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good tho.
