Room was clean and comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for all the amenities as it’s very central. Only negatives were lack of any kind of English TV channel and it would have been nice to have had some English Breakfast Tea teabags and some milk, not everyone drinks herbal tea and black coffee!!!

I had an excellent stay at Hôtel Esplanade the first week of December for the Christmas Markets. The hotel was very conveniently located near a tram stop so that it was fast and easy to get down to the city center. More than that, it was a warm and quiet refuge to recover for the evening and at the end of the night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were two bars, two coffee shops, and a convenience store all within short walking distance. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stop. Well positioned for the train station and for exploring the area on the train. I really enjoyed staying here but I didn’t quite feel like I got my money’s worth. If you go make sure you check the hours of the restaurant and amenities. Also the wifi doesn’t work very well.
