Really nice hotel with fantastic views. It’s a bit dated but that did not stop our enjoyment. The tiny balcony could just fit three people on. We had a triple room with a bathroom and it was nice. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of the town and there is a little bit of a hill towards the end but again no big issue and I don’t think even someone with mobility problems would have any issues here. The one thing that we had a bit of a smile about was we were one hour before the check-in time and they asked if we wanted to pay for an early check in for 30CHF which seemed a bit much. We declined.

Beautiful hotel with unique lakefront location. Incredible views and easy access to Lucerne and other lake locations via the ferry that stops just outside the hotel. Lovely grounds, with walking trails, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking on site. Restaurant has outdoor shaded seating with great views. Family friendly, with a relaxing, refined vibe

The check in staffs was awesome. Loved the upgrade, loved the balcony lake & mountain view and my kids did too. The coffee and fruits availability. (24 hours) Dinner, the meals are delicious 😋 cost (you worry too much) more on the outside. Thank you Mr. Flores.
