"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

Were very gracious when we asked to swap one of our rooms for a shower room instead of bath for a person in our group with mobility issues. Very clean and well maintained - a discrete, clean scent welcomes you in the corridors and rooms. Buffet breakfast is of good quality, replenished when needed. Could not be closer to the sanctuary, great location for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend."

"I have been staying at this property every year for the last 18 years. I do my pilgrimage to Lourdes every June and have only missed 2 years during Covid. Madam Yolanda is wonderful, she speaks English and always welcomes me so warmly. The hotel is just across from the train station and 15 minute walk to the Grotto. This is the perfect location if you are visiting Lourdes. The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean. The hotel’s Le Parc restaurant is the best restaurant in the entire Pyrenees region! Stay here!"
