Good location

It was a typical IBIS. Simple clean. No frils. Location better than expected and a good pool. Air conditioning was not orki g. But balcony doir opened to give ventilation.

THE NEW ONE KEY REWARDS SYSTEM IS A RIP OFF

The new One Key rewards system to which we have been forcibly moved is a rip off. Reduced from 10% to 2% including bookings made under the old system. I will not use Hotels.com again

We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise.

Bien mais la piscine HS

Séjour très sympa malgré le fait que je l’avais réservé pour la piscine car il faisait très chaud ce week-end là et la piscine était pas en service car il faisait des travaux et cela n’était pas indiqué lors de ma réservation…. Dommage Par contre le personnel est très agréable
