"Super amazing and the best ever! Receptionist was the sister of the owner - and she was over the top helpful and hospitable! She gave me hot chocolate and snacks upon arrival, helped me with my bags downstairs, let me use their hose to do a quick rinse of my rental car, and helped me map out directions to a restaurant! Location, room, and breakfast were just as over the top incredible - beautiful lake views and access to water (free kayak!), clean room with small fridge and all necessary...

"Lo mejor del lugar es la vista de los dormitorios al lago, espectacular. El check in fueron muy amables en aceptarnos a las 13:30. En general el departamento estaba bueno, el depósito del baño a la mañana temprano no cargaba y el desagüe del baño estaba tapado, faltaba un poco de mantenimiento, había tres parrillas que en los días que estuve nadie las uso pero estaban sucias, y nadie las limpiaba, con las parillas había una mesa que tenía rotas dos patas, y dos días entre al cuarto donde estaba...

It was a sanctuary of calm just far enough away from bustling downtown Bariloche and yet a very easy drive to all of the area’s amazing natural attractions. We had a vehicle so we wanted to avoid any surprise parking concerns / fees, which likely would have been the case in-town. All of the staff were completely professional and could not have been more kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!"

"A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My only comment is that it was extremely hot when I was there and yet the heating was on, and apparently couldn’t be altered ? A fan for the room was provided but the temperature was still somewhat uncomfortable."
