"This hotel is well located near the beach and centre of Pineda. It is clean and even in peak season there was room to spread out so it didn't feel cramped. The all inclusive lunch and dinner were good and varied. Breakfast and snack were a bit more simple but sufficient. There were lots of young children and we found it a bit less suitable for our teenager. Generally we enjoyed our stay here. The staff try their best to help and are friendly."

"We spent 8 nights here on the half-board package (room, breakfast, and dinner), and it was a really nice family stay. The hotel is huge but clean, with two pools; a quiet one for just relaxing and a lively main one with water games, competitions, and an Aqua Park with slides for both kids and adults. The rooms are clean everyday and you can leave your towels on the floor if you want them changed. We were lucky that our room was on the 8th floor with a full pool, beach, and mountain view, which looked incredible at night. There’s so much to do here: a playground, tennis, football and basketball courts, yoga classes, kids’ shows, and live performances at night. One thing to plan around is the pool bed situation; people start reserving spots by 8am at the main pool, so if you’re not out early you’ll struggle to find one, and the entrance to the quiet pool doesn’t even open until 9am. The buffet food was decent; we liked the fresh omelettes and sunny side up eggs in the morning, plus the warm and cold veggies, cheeses, and cold cuts, though the desserts weren’t really our thing. Tap and sparkling water are included with meals, but pops and wine are extra. A few small downsides: with only 3 main elevators for a hotel this size, one broke down for a couple of days during our stay and it made getting up to the higher floors a real hassle. Also, if you’re flying in without a beach umbrella, it would be nice if the hotel rented those the same as towels (€10 deposit)."

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"We stayed here as a family of 8 adults and 3 toddlers and it was perfect for our holiday. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms with clean sheets and lots of towels. Very rare for this area and handy as we were in the pool every day. The kids loved the pool with its shallow shelf and a deeper section for the adults.With such a large group, the two bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings so much easier.Susana and her husband are so welcoming and friendly, communication was a pleasure. I would definitely stay here again "

"Pools were beautiful, rooftop loungers. The heat was still on April 17th- so the hotel had no AC. The whole place has to choose one or the other, so it was slightly warm. Beds were firm, they did give us more pillows. "
