"Stains on the, wall, sheets, pillows and beds. Was supposed to be two queens beds and it was two full beds. One bed did not have any blankets and both beds did not have a comforter. A sheet was used as a comforter. The fridge had no shelves. The showerhead, more water came out the top of it then the showerhead.. We had to tighten it back on. The vent did not work. The heater coming from the wall was coming off and made me sneeze whenever it came on. The window did not shut all the way and the curtain was broken. "

"Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception desk was terrible. She totally ignored me and was busy on the phone speaking Spanish. She took a good 10 minutes speaking Spanish on the phone before she turned to me. Just terrible. "

"Michelle at breakfast was amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly. It was the perfect pit stop between our locations."

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"Tiffany the GM was the most unplesant. I had a group of 10 people with a total of 5 rooms. She was rude and disrespectful to us all. We were put in "non-smoking" rooms and that was not the case. None of us could stay there or tolerate the smoke and the only solution was to spray aerosols..... I book hotels for work and stay in them all across the country and have never experienced anything like the checkin that we had. The person I spoke with was kind but tiffany was on the phone yelling in the lobby "I never swore at them.." my group immediately did not want to stay here. After getting the keys we gave it a chance... I didn't even set my things down in the room it was so bad I turned around came back down to say we couldn't stay in the smoke. I took 20 mins to gather all 10 people and their belonging to regroup and find a new hotel as there were no solutions the hotel was giving us. As we are leaving tiffany yells at us from behind the counter that we are going to be charged because its our fault that we cant stay......The only thing that the hotel was useful for was getting use of the lobby bathroom upon arrival as it took 15 mins to get checked in. Tiffany charged us for 1 night and refused to have a conversation or speak like a person. This place is is discusting and she should be fired. "

"Property really run down. Needs to be updated. Service was terrible. There is no maid service. Room floors were dirty and worn out. The TV did not work. The management told us a previous customer stole the remote and they don’t know why because the TV is so old, the remote won’t work on any other TV. The room was cold even though the temperature was set at 77. The communication of the staff was poor. Apparently, their friends wrote good reviews to make it sound like a decent place. The owners need to put money to update. Everything was low quality."
